Job Title: Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a supportive atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff.
* Administer prescribed radiotherapy treatment according to the treatment plan.
* Evaluate patient care by recognizing deviations from prescribed treatment delivery and reporting them to the Physics team.
* Determine quality of treatment through accurate documentation of records and ensure consistency by acquiring, interpreting, and evaluating electronic images.
Assist in orientation and supervision of students during clinical rotations. Assist in evaluation of student performance. Assist as needed in all treatment-related procedures. Use effective communication techniques to provide explanations for treatments.
