Weekend work (depending on requirements - or every other weekend)
Responsibilities
* Scheduling and Coordination: Manage client care schedules, ensure appropriate coverage, and adjust schedules as needed.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between clients, their families, care team members, and healthcare professionals.
* Client Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide support and guidance.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and care plans.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor client care delivery and ensure high standards of care are maintained.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, report generation, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
* One Touch Experience Preferred
* Office Administration
Skills and Experience
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals, both verbally and in writing.
* Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and maintain accurate records.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to assess situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
* Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting or working with individuals in need of care is often preferred.
