Responsibilities
* Verifying drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy
* Analyzing design documents and working collaboratively with consultants, architects, and engineers
* Coordinating with subcontractors, planners, supervisors, and quantity surveyors
* Attending site and progress meetings regularly
* Performing setting out, levelling, and surveying activities throughout the construction process
* Organising site logistics to maintain operational efficiency
* Troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues
* Applying quality control measures and adhering strictly to health and safety standards
* Preparing daily site reports and maintaining precise documentation
Qualifications
* 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within Ireland
* A degree in engineering or a related construction discipline
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Project and PowerPoint
* Experience using surveying technology such as Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD
