A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
Engaging with members of the public in residential areas
Representing MSF’s mission with passion and professionalism
Signing supporters up to long‑term, life‑saving donations
Working as part of a supportive, high‑energy outdoor team

What you’ll get in return:
Base salary: €2,166.67 – €2,250.00 per month (gross)
Uncapped commission – your effort directly increases your earnings

Your Working Week:
Monday – Friday
Variable hours depending on site and campaign
Standard shifts:
Winter hours: 11:00 – 19:00
Summer hours: 12:00 – 20:00
1‑hour lunch break included
