Key Responsibilities
* Provide each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention, in line with five-star expectations and industry standards.
* Handle all aspects of customer interactions, including inquiries, bookings, and more, in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
* Monitor all areas of the spa facility to ensure it remains safe, well-maintained, and hygienic at all times.
* Offer accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice to all guests regarding the beauty products and brands available onsite.
Requirements
* Hold an ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO qualification, or an equivalent credential in body and beauty therapy and massage.
* Prior experience working in a hotel spa, preferably in a five-star hotel.
* Demonstrate a friendly and outgoing personality.
* Exhibit enthusiasm and flexibility, with the ability to work varied shifts, including some weekends.
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Show strong attention to detail.
* Have the capability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively.
* Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
