Culinary Specialist Position
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in one of our staff restaurants located in New Ross, Co. Wexford.
The successful candidate will have experience in Contract Catering and be passionate about serving fresh food with the ability to use initiative around menu planning and presentation.
The role involves supporting and assisting the Chef Manager in delivering the catering service according to CCSL standards by providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and participating in meal planning.
