Job Opportunity:
A leading airline group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a team of transformation and digital design specialists. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management activities for the transformation and digital design team, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Design, innovate, and optimize systems, including MIS/BI reporting and business insight, to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement solutions to automate customer service tasks and improve telephony platforms using AI technology.
* Collaborate with the Labs and Digital teams to design and implement product development roadmaps that meet business needs and expectations.
* Build and lead high-performing teams with diverse skill sets, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Work with external partners to deliver agile solutions that meet cost and functionality requirements.
* Provide strategic leadership, focusing on performance excellence and meeting aggressive deadlines.
* Partner with colleagues across the organization to understand business needs and demands from other functions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading operations and business transformation initiatives, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior project management role.
* Strong understanding of creating business cases that align with organizational goals.
* Experience leading multi-discipline teams with diverse responsibilities and competing priorities.
* Excellent track record in project management and delivery, with a focus on results-oriented outcomes.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, challenge the status quo, and remove barriers to change.
