About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Officer to manage all aspects of our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, requirements, and obligations across multiple sites and projects.

Duties:
1. Implementation of Company EHS Management System
2. Generating and Maintaining EHS Policy Documents
3. Ensuring Internal EHS Documents and Procedures Align with Current Irish and European Legislation
4. Providing Internal EHS Training
5. Preparing for and Managing Safety Audits (Internal and External)
6. Review and Approval of RAMS for All Site-Based Engineering Works
7. Ensuring Compliance with Company Requirements, Client-Specific Requirements, and Relevant Legislation from Sub-Contractors
8. Carrying Out Site-Based Risk Assessments of Project Works as Required
9. Carrying Out Weekly Site Visits for Routine Inspections of Onsite Project Works
11. Delivering Toolbox Talks as Required
12. Ensuring Lifting Equipment, WAH Equipment is Routinely Inspected and Certified in Accordance with HSA & Individual Site Standards
13. Submitting Weekly EHS Reports to Upper Management

Requirements:
* A Minimum 3-Years Experience in EHS Role
* 3rd Level Qualification in EHS or Related Field
* Excellent Knowledge of Irish Health and Safety Legislation
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Ability to Work Collaboratively
* Ability to Problem Solve and Deal with Ambiguity
* Proficient in Technical Report Writing
* Proficiency in Using Microsoft Office Required
* Full Driving License
