Web Analytics & Search Specialist
This role owns how website and search data is captured, analysed and used to improve user experience, conversion and digital performance. It focuses specifically on
web behaviour, internal search, tagging and CRO
, rather than broad business data analysis.
What you'll do
* Own web analytics tools (GA4, Matomo, Adobe Analytics) and tag management
* Analyse user journeys, funnels, drop-off and conversion performance
* Generate clear insights and recommendations to improve digital journeys
* Optimise internal site search in partnership with UX, content and tech teams
* Design and assess A/B tests and CRO initiatives
* Produce dashboards and reports for digital and senior stakeholders
* Ensure analytics implementation is accurate, compliant and privacy-safe#
What we're looking for
* Hands-on web analytics experience (GA4 / Matomo / Adobe)
* Strong tagging, event tracking and funnel analysis skills
* Experience working with UX, Product and Marketing teams
* Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insight
* CRO and SEO analytics experience a strong plus
This is a specialist web analytics role
