Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Development Representative. This role is ideal for an energetic and goal-oriented professional with a talent for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

This position plays a key role in expanding our customer base, fostering long-term partnerships, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop Proactive Outreach Strategies: Implement proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry insights to expand our customer base.
* Engage with Potential Clients: Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
* Build Long-Term Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and partners.
* Articulate Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the value of our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
* Assess Client Needs: Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
* Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Schedule Meetings and Calls: Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and our sales team to facilitate discussions and demos.
* Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed performance targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Create Marketing Campaigns: Create, present, and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, providing performance reports to internal teams.


Qualifications and Skills:

* Language Proficiency: Native or fluent French speaker (C1 level), with strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* Motivation and Passion: Highly motivated with a passion for sales and professional growth, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven Track Record: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in business development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
* Strong Consultative Approach: Strong consultative sales approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences, familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Outreach.IO.
* Tech-Savvy: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts, capable of independently sourcing leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
