About the Role
Job Purpose: Assist and serve customers with the purchase of retail products, while caring for stock including its administration, storage, presentation, and security.
Main Duties
 * Ensure customers are looked after promptly, politely, and answer any queries.
 * Adhere to till procedures.
 * Merchandise stock correctly and replenish display stock as required.
 * Receive, check and stock deliveries.
 * Maintain clean and presentable store fixtures and fittings.
 * Maintain a high level of security for both cash and stock.
 * Complete stock counts and audits as necessary.
 * Compile orders from suppliers as required.
 * Observe all health & safety procedures and protocols.
Successful Candidate
 * Passion for retail and strong customer interaction skills.
 * Positive, motivated, and an excellent communicator.
 * Reliable, good time‑keeper, and a team player.
Full training will be provided. Applicants must be fully flexible to work shifts across a 7‑day roster, with mid‑week shifts essential.
