Job Title: Administrative Business Partner

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Administrative Business Partner (ABP)
to provide high-level administrative, operational, and logistical support to executive leadership, teams, and/or site functions. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, support meetings/events, and drive site culture initiatives while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and resolve conflicts.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, and expense reports.
* Organize meetings/events, prepare agendas/materials, and oversee vendor and budget management.
* Support culture-building programs, site engagement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Execute large-scale events/programs, identify risks, and support strategic initiatives.
* Partner with workplace services on space planning, office moves, and resource management.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience supporting senior-level executives in administrative roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ability to anticipate needs.
* Proficiency in calendar management tools; Google Workspace experience is a plus.
* Background in travel coordination, expense/budget management, and event planning preferred.
