Role Description
This is a full-time role for a General Practice Surveyor, based in Dublin, generally office based but with some work-from-home flexibility. The General Practice Surveyor will handle a variety of tasks, including commercial sales, lettings and acquisitions, rent reviews, and land development appraisals. The role also involves providing clients with professional advice regarding real estate transactions.
Qualifications
* Experience in commercial sales, lettings and valuations
* Knowledge of rent reviews, and land and development appraisals
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Proficiency in relevant property software and tools
* Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, or a related field
