- Kildare Design Build Search has partnered with a leading Commercial Industrial Construction business that has a 4 D Planner opportunity Co.Kildare.The planner will develop detailed programmes for tenders & assist in the programming function on live projects.The role will involve close collaboration with design, commercial and delivery teams to ensure that the project plans are realistic and achievable and align with company objectives.Planner Skills: Hold a relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.Proficient in Primavera, MSP or Asta Proven experience in a planning role in the building construction industry (main contractor experience preferred) Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and lead times Experience in developing tender programmes Ability to produce clear and concise planning narratives and reports Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage programme risks Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point) Be technically oriented and fully conversant in drawings, specs., BOQs, critical path programming, network analysis, etc Eligibility to work in Ireland and fluent English.
