We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join Agri Automate, a new De Laval dealer based in the Midlands of Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building customer trust through your knowledge and skills, responding to customer needs, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a superior customer experience.

About the Role
* Perform service and maintenance on milking systems, ensuring the highest quality and performance.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues.
* Work closely with colleagues to support customers effectively.
* Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks independently while staying flexible to customer needs.
* Provide a seamless experience to both prospective and existing customers.
Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and Servicing: Perform regular maintenance and servicing on milking systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
4. Time Management: Manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks independently while staying flexible to meet customer demands.
Requirements
* Trade Qualification: Hold a trade qualification, ideally electrical or mechanical.
* Experience: Have experience in service work, preferably within the agricultural sector but not essential.
* Skillset: Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as technical and mechanical knowledge, with a passion for the agricultural industry.
* Personal Qualities: Demonstrate solution-focused thinking, flexibility, self-motivation, leadership skills, and a collaborative approach.
