Our client, a highly regarded, specialist law firm with deep expertise in construction, engineering and infrastructure is seeking to recruit a Construction Partnerto join their Dublin office.
This role will be a senior leadership position, combiningcontentiousandnon-contentiousconstruction work.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in growing the Irish construction practice, advising on high-value projects, disputes, and cross-border work.
Key Responsibilities Advise on the full suite of construction project documentation Advise on construction disputes, both domestic and international Handle all forms of dispute resolution, Represent or advise: Funders, Employers, Contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants, Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Irish construction sector Collaborate with the firm's other offices to cross-sell services and deliver integrated global solutions Mentor, lead, and develop junior fee-earners and associates in the Dublin construction team Required Experience & Skills Significant experience in construction law, with both advisory and disputes experience Proven track record of advising on complex construction contracts and project documentation (main and subcontracts, professional appointments, ancillary documentation)Deep experience in construction dispute resolution: adjudication, arbitration, mediation, conciliation Excellent leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing a team Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset Client-oriented, with a service-first attitude High integrity and professionalism A collaborative team player, capable of working across jurisdictions and offices Resilient under pressure, with strong organisational and time-management skills
