Office Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our office facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Key responsibilities include formulating and executing property service budgets, staff canteen operations, and facility operation management. This includes front desk services, cleaning, courier, security services, daily work management, and contract management.
The successful candidate will optimize office space planning and allocation, participate in facility and equipment management strategies, resource introduction, and IFM supplier performance management.
In addition, they will ensure business compliance and efficient execution of procurement tasks. Strong organizational and planning skills in fast-paced environments are essential.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher preferred;
* Certifications in network environments similar to IT supporting desirable;
* Fluency in English and Mandarin reading, writing, and listening skills required;
* Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills;
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
* Strong internal and external customer services focus with solid working relationships development;
* Proficiency in MS Office Suites including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook;
* Strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.
