The Role
* Managing a portfolio of files and assisting the head of the firm’s private client department.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and PRA etc.
* Drafting sale contracts, replies to requisitions, dealing with pre-contract queries, drafting closing documents, completing sales, purchases and mortgages.
* Processing files to completion, stamping deeds with revenue commissioners, registering title with Tailte Eireann.
* Drafting wills, EPA’s, Advance Healthcare Directives.
* Acting in the administration of estates from start to completion, including drafting statement of affairs, oaths, notices of application, preparation of estate accounts in MS Excel.
* Progress reports to files, managing files.

* Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Excel.
* Organised, professional and flexible.
* Self-motivated and able work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
* Familiarity with case management systems.
