Block Maintenance Manager Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Block Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, maintenance and safety of our facilities and estates.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams including Estate Managers, Residential Manager, Maintenance team leads and technicians to ensure best practice in our standards.
1. To review functioning systems on sites ensuring all systems are up-to-date with required standards.
2. Inspecting workmanship standards supporting planning projects works for preventative maintenance teams.
3. Conduct regular inspections of buildings identifying potential needs. Ensuring Safety compliance is adhered too.
