Job Description
Responsibilities
Upkeep of the Band Hall facility – ensuring the Hall is presentable for the next user.
Washing floors, cleaning toilets, emptying bins, cleaning kitchenette, cleaning and maintaining the garage.
Oversee the upkeep of electrics, fire safety, boilers and general workings, ensuring the building’s safety.
Upkeep of grounds – drains, gathering leaves, and some pitch marking.
Tidying music (instrument and equipment preparation and cleaning).
Setting up and tearing down for activities and events.
Carrying out minor repairs.
Accepting deliveries and opening/closing for hall activities.
Hours
Flexibility required – includes some mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
