Job Description:
The Senior Director, Global Procurement CoE is responsible for leading the enterprise procurement policy and ensuring adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible sourcing standards. This leader develops and enforces robust procurement governance frameworks, contract policies, and compliance mechanisms that drive efficiency, transparency, mitigate risks, and enhance supplier accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and continuously refine procurement policies, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Design and oversee governance structures that ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency across procurement activities.
• Monitor and facilitate compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and ethical sourcing guidelines.
• Establish internal controls, conduct audits, and track key governance metrics to assess policy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
This role requires a deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and contract management, as well as exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing geographically dispersed teams and driving responsible sourcing and financial sustainability.
