You will be working closely with a Medical Secretary ensuring you are meeting and exceeding client expectations. On a daily basis you will be managing a high volume of calls (circa communications) from patients, secretaries and other medical professionals.Duties & Responsibilities:Managing calls from patients, secretaries, and other medical professionalsResolving Customer QueriesProcessing PaymentsIssuing correspondence to patientsScanning & Filing Sensitive DocumentsAssisting with aspects of clinic managementManaging internal and external email queriesWorking as part of a teamDealing with ad-hoc duties as they ariseRequirements and Skills:Strong communication and customer service skillsExceptional attention to detail and time managementPrevious experience in medical reception, administration, or customer service (e.g., hospitality/travel industry)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with experience handling phone enquiriesFamiliarity with clinical systems (desirable but not essential)Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamCalm under pressure in a fast-paced medical settingFlexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support the team as neededAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and quickly build rapportExcellent telephone mannerPackage:Salary circa £28,100Team performance bonusMaternity & Paternity Leave - Ts and Cs applyPension contributionHealth InsuranceEAPLife AssuranceGym membershipWorkcation optionsSick leaveAdditional annual leave based on length of serviceSupport for professional developmentSports & Social eventsHealthy food with comfortable on-site recreational facilitiesAccess to tax incentive schemes i.e. commuter & bike 2 workAdditional Info:This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday - Friday with the potential for hybrid working post probation.All offers of employment are subject to a valid work permitRole commences immediately
