We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support our international organisation structure.
About the Role
This full-time permanent position is based in Ireland and requires a collaborative, vibrant, and supportive team member.
Key Responsibilities
* Accounting and Compliance:
o Support sales orders and invoicing in close liaison with the local team
o Prepare month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and required journals
o Provide insight and commentary into the Balance Sheet and P&L balances
o Prepare accurate VAT, VIES, and Intrastat reports
o Assist with the audit process
* Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable:
o Manage end-to-end accounts
o Ensure collections and payments are received and processed in a timely manner
* Other:
o Support the inventory cycle process
o Develop policy or procedure documents
o Provide general finance and accounting support
Desired Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualifications and 3+ years' experience in a similar Accounting position. Strong technical acumen and financial reporting skills are essential.
Fluency in English, exceptional oral and written communication, systematic, organised, and process-focused are necessary qualities.
ERP working knowledge, preferably Oracle NetSuite, is desirable. Legal right to work in Ireland is also required.
