We are working with a market-leading Irish law firm who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their Product Regulatory team within their Dublin office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join a high-regarded Life Sciences department, working with clients on the application of domestic and EU regulatory regimes throughout the full lifecycle of their products. The candidate's duties will include providing regulatory advice to product manufacturers, product liability litigation, conducting regulatory investigations, and representing clients in regulatory enforcement actions, civil claims, and criminal proceedings.The candidate will advise on multi-jurisdictional matters for a diverse range of clients across the life sciences, with a focus on the pharmaceutical sector. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.Essential Criteria1-3 PQE;Strong background in product regulation and/or litigation within a medium to large commercial firm.
