You will use your experience to influence enhanced performance and ensure the highest standards of customer service.Key Service Requirements, Skills & Capabilities:Complaints Handling Expertise: Proven experience (at least one year) managing complaints across diverse channels, including emails, phone calls, web chat, and social media .Change & Performance Driver: Demonstrated and successful experience in driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance in a customer care environment.Data Proficiency: Possess strong skills in data management, analysis, and processing to extract insights and inform improvements.Technical Systems Experience: Previous experience using Complaint Management Systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred but not essential).Education: Hold a minimum of an NFQ Level 7 qualification or equivalent.Contract Details:Duration: 6-monthLocation: Hybrid working model - 2 days per week onsite at the client's office (Dublin City)If you have the required skills and are ready to make a significant impact on customer service standards, we encourage you to apply today
