Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious and experienced Investment Director to lead the execution and expansion of the Quintas Capital EIIS Fund business.
This is a senior leadership role with a clear path to becoming Head of EIIS.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in deal origination, structuring, fundraising, investor engagement, portfolio management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities·Deal Sourcing : Identify and evaluate high-potential EIIS-eligible investment opportunities across sectors.
·Deal Structuring : Lead negotiations, due diligence, and execution of investment transactions.
·Investor Relations and capital raising : Manage communications with existing and prospective investors, including reporting and fundraising support.
·Team Leadership : Mentor and manage a team of four investment professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
·Strategic Development : Contribute to the long-term vision and growth strategy of the EIIS platform.
·Portfolio Management: Manage regular reporting from our portfolio companies.
·Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with founders, advisors, and internal teams to drive portfolio success.
·Investment Committee : Deliver investment proposals to investment committee and provide regular updates to IC members
Qualifications·8+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, private credit, corporate finance, or investment management.
·Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing investment deals.
·Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
·Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
·Familiarity with EIIS or similar tax-incentivised investment structures is advantageous.
·Tax experience is preferred but not essential.
