To provide a point of contact for patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all clients and staff are dealt with in a courteous and efficient manner.
* To provide administrative support within the practice team.
Skills and Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs or equivalent - GRADES A-C including English and Maths.
* Experience of working in a health care setting or GP practice within the last 5 years.
* Medical terminology knowledge.
* Certification in Computer skills or Word processing/Excel.
