Hiring for In-House Counsel, Associates & Partners for a highly regarded construction organisation operating in a number of locations.
Interview for the role will take place in January 2026.
Our client has an established legal team and is now keen to hire an additional Legal Counsel to the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer at a Senior Legal Counsel level with 5–8 years PQE.
Open to Profiles
Lawyers with a mix of non-contentious and contentious construction law experience
Lawyers with purely non-contentious construction law experience
Corporate/Commercial Lawyers seeking an exciting pivot into the construction and infrastructure sector
Excellent academic record.
Time spent in a highly regarded law firm.
Highly commercial mindset with the ability to advise effectively on complex commercial issues.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on contract strategy and the negotiation/drafting of core construction and infrastructure agreements (including main contracts, security documents, and warranties).
Ensuring all contract terms adhere to the internal risk management policy.
Providing support on claims management and dispute resolution (Conciliation, Adjudication, Arbitration, or Litigation) as required.
Offering general legal counsel on diverse business matters, including Employment, GDPR, Compliance, and Regulatory affairs.
