Lyrath Estate are currently recruiting for a Spa Attendant to join our award winning Spa Team.
This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of our spa facilities and ensuring our guests enjoy a relaxing, luxurious environment from the moment they arrive.
The Ideal Candidate for This Position: Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service Previous experience working as a Spa Attendant in a hotel is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
Flexible to work both mid week and weekend shifts.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Will be standards driven with the desire to progress.
Key Responsibilities of the role Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, thermal suite, changing areas, and poolside Prepare and reset treatment rooms between appointments To greet clients/guests throughout the spa at all times in a warm, welcoming and friendly manner Be responsible for the routine servicing of guest areas to the required standard.
Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure that all checklists are completed.
