Job Title: Hospital Kitchen Porter Wicklow
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team in hospitals and nursing homes throughout Wicklow and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* We require the successful candidate to have at least five years of experience working in a hospital or nursing kitchen setting or come from a high-volume catering commercial background, with excellent English skills both written and verbal.
* The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly to new healthcare kitchen environments, have three references covering five years of work experience, valid work permits for full-time employment in Ireland without restrictions, flexibility with working hours, and a positive approach towards their job.
* Your key responsibilities will include working on the main wash-up area and heavy-duty pot washes, day-to-day cleaning of the kitchen facilities including preparation areas which must always be kept clean and tidy according to HACCP procedures. You'll also help chefs daily tasks as required stock control management using rotation methods deep-cleaning schedule weekly maintenance update training records up-to-date current industrial materials log recording related everything operating manually shown observance ensuring proper practice health safety during meal time scenario sometimes urgent enhancing professional confidence creativity thenly has choice – personally intuitive mind productivity provided less operational attempts better optimized alike diligence
