There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Professional who wants to work on exciting residential projects.Key AccountabilitiesWork with Senior Sales Managers to design, develop and execute marketing strategies for Private Sale New Homes DevelopmentsLiaise with Evara Sales team, external Creative & Digital Agencies to execute market leading campaignsEnsure development campaigns are positioned correctly in the market for private sale developments to ensure high performance sales strategies are achievedAnalyse data from digital campaigns, target audiences to ensure strong audience engagement and lead generation.Oversee digital marketing strategies for development led projects - Provide strategic analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and advise when strategy needs to be changed.Asset Design to include brochure concepts, ad campaigns, on site signage and other collateral as required for a sales launchManage Development / Community specific events and PR as requiredManage the marketing budget, ensuring effective campaigns are delivered and cost-effective strategies are implemented.Drive cost efficiencies with suppliersOversee relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.HubSpot – Key point of contact for the CRM – maintaining and informing on any updatesEnsure agents and digital agencies are updating CRMProperty Portals – point of contact for Daft & My Home – ensure portals are up to dateMonthly reporting to Senior Management on budgets, leads, campaign effectivenessQualifications and ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience preferably in a Real Estate / Construction environmentStrong attention to detail.Ability to prioritise, multi-task and trouble shoot essential.Ability to manage own workload and time.Be a team Player.Be Innovative and creativeHighly organized.Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
