We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator who's key role will be to process sales in a courteous, timely and accurate fashion and co-ordinate all logistics, planning and purchasing.Reporting to: Head of OperationsResponsible to: DirectorsGeneral DutiesSales Processing using EDI (The Retail Exchange) and Sage Line 50Ensure efficient and timely processing of all customer ordersImplement correct pricing & promotionsLiaise with Accounts to ensure accurate customer invoicingInterpret sales reports & provide demand forecast to feed into production planningCo-ordinate logistics to ensure delivery of goods on timeAssist in managing stock rotation in accordance with company guidelinesCo-ordinate and monitor the supply and stock of reusable palletsProcess purchase orders for key suppliers of raw materials and servicesForecasting raw material requirementsBalance inventory to optimal stock holding in line with business needsCross functional collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure supply chain requirements are metPlease be advised that this is not an exhaustive list of duties for the role and changes may occur.
