About Your Assistant Store Manager job Managing a Team of 5 You will be covering the Managers duties when he is off or on holidays Driving sales for the Team and lead by example Motivating the Team Meeting and greeting clients Being the main point of contact when liaising with internal teams Training the Team on Product knowledge and company policies Reporting and working closely with HR What Skills You Need for this Assistant Store Manager job: Experience in leading a team of people Sales experience within Retail, Furniture would be a strong advantage Excellent organisational skills Efficient user of Microsoft Exceptional communication and coaching skills Whats on Offer This Job comes with a basic salary of 29-32k plus Bonus plus Commission and excellent Benefits to include Pension, 23 Days Holidays and more.
