A well-established main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Ireland is now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team for an upcoming project in Cork.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
Review drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Work closely with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and wider site team to meet project milestones and client expectations.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and quality control documentation.
Lead site meetings and liaise with design teams, consultants, and clients as required.
Requirements
Degree or trade qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential or mixed-use projects.
Strong technical and coordination skills with a proactive attitude.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
