Duties to include:
 * Prepare and present meals to high standards in accordance with Sodexo’s and client’s expectations
 * Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and storage areas in line with food safety and HACCP regulations
 * Follow proper allergen labelling procedures and food storage protocols
 * Carry out scheduled and end-of-day cleaning tasks, ensuring all equipment is switched off and sanitised
 * Ensure compliance with company and legal food hygiene, health and safety standards
 * Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients, team members, and delivery personnel
What you'll bring:
 * Previous chef experience in a similar food service or healthcare setting
 * Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and HACCP procedures
 * Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
 * A proactive attitude towards cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen safety
 * Willingness to complete mandatory company training within set timeframes
 * A professional appearance, high standard of personal hygiene, and commitment to wearing the full Sodexo uniform
 * 9 h week 1 and 12 h week 2; 3 days Week 1 and 4 days Week 2
