As a seasoned professional in client services, you will play a key role in leading and preparing complex client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all required information is provided in the final proposal within the given timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the MRT department-specific proposal process
• Chair kick-off and resource meetings, coordinating the participation of appropriate personnel in the proposal development process
• Set up and lead project strategy meetings for key/non-key opportunities
• Liaise with sales, strategic proposal development, and operations teams throughout the proposal generation to ensure that the proposal and strategy meet business needs in line with triage priority
• Prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate costs and assumptions
• Submit final proposals on time to clients
• Coordinate and participate in negotiations and discussions with clients as required
• Lead single-service bid defenses and other client meetings as needed. Support other Client Services and Business Development staff in multi-service bid defenses.
• Coordinate and prepare budgets and specifications for contracts for new business awards (where applicable)
• Clarify contract specifications with the Manager, CCS, Project Manager; and/or Account Manager/Executive (where applicable)
• Solicit input and review of proposals, budgets, and contracts (where applicable) from relevant operational departments
• Train and mentor junior staff as appropriate and as designated by Manager
• Develop and maintain filing and tracking tools in accordance with accepted practices
• Comply with administrative, training, and human resources policies
• Assist with continuous departmental process improvements and participate in special projects periodically assigned, in addition to day-to-day duties
About This Role:
This role requires strong technical background in clinical technologies and expertise in eCOA and COA licensing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is also essential. You should be able to adapt to change and competing priorities, demonstrating excellent collaboration, organizational skills, and work autonomy. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
