About the role
Tesco Ireland is seeking a Trade Operations Manager for its Head Office. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the Trade Plan is simple, effective, and achievable for stores. It requires working closely with Trade Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver sales through the right space, stock, and timing. Effective communication to deliver the Trade Plans is a key part of this role.

You will be responsible for
* Project development and management
* Collaborating with stakeholders to improve the shopping experience
* Managing communication to ensure smooth store operations
* Partnering with Store and Area Managers, Retail Directors for feedback
* Working with Finance and Procurement within budget constraints
* Innovating communication methods to deliver trade plans
* Challenging, agreeing, and delivering Trade Plans through structured meetings
You will need
* Retail management experience
* Proven project budget management
* Strong IT skills
* Project management experience
