We are hiring for our client, a leading construction and modular building contractor, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee major commercial and residential projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable travelling regularly throughout the UK.
The successful Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will:
Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
Oversee all phases of construction including RC frame, steel frame, roofing, fit-out and M&E works
Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
Maintain health & safety standards and site documentation
Drive productivity and resolve site issues effectively
The Person
To be considered for this Site Manager role, you should have:
5-10 years' experience as a Site Manager within a main contractor
Experience delivering large commercial/retail projects
SMSTS certification and valid CSR Card
Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundworks to fit-out
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
Full UK Driving Licence
Flexibility to travel throughout the UK on a weekly basis
