Operating across 200+ markets with a strong focus on scalable innovation and culturally relevant brand building.

We partner across functions to shape brand experiences that are insight-led, culturally resonant, and built for global scale.Our Global Design team works at the intersection of creativity, business strategy, and operational excellence, delivering world-class brand systems, campaigns, and toolkits that empower markets to execute with impact and consistency.
Responsibilities
The Role: Design Manager (L10)
We are seeking a strategic and creatively driven Design Manager to support the development and execution of global brand initiatives across the International Beverages portfolio.Reporting to a Senior Design Manager / Senior Director, this role will lead key projects from concept through delivery, partnering closely with Marketing, Regional Design, Commercialisation, and external agencies.This position requires strong 360° design thinking, brand system understanding, and the ability to translate global strategy into scalable creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Concept DevelopmentSupport the development of holistic creative platforms across brand, product, packaging, campaigns, and toolkits grounded in consumer insight and cultural relevance.Contribute to the evolution of brand systems and ensure creative ideas align with long-term brand strategy.
Project Leadership & ExecutionLead end-to-end creative development of assigned projects, from briefing through execution and market-ready delivery.Develop compelling presentations and shareouts for internal stakeholders and leadership.Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Brand Building & GovernanceSupport the definition and application of global brand guidelines.Ensure visual consistency and excellence across markets by partnering with Regional Design teams and reviewing creative outputs where required.Help build scalable toolkits that enable markets to execute with clarity and impact.
Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Insights, R&D, Commercialisation, Legal, and external agencies to bring initiatives to life cohesively across touchpoints.Maintain strong alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of creative concepts.
Innovation & Trend AwarenessBring forward culturally relevant and insight-driven ideas.Monitor emerging design, consumer, and cultural trends to inform creative direction and ensure brand relevance across global markets.
Budget & Resource ManagementManage assigned project budgets responsibly, working with internal and external partners to optimise resources and ensure delivery within agreed parameters.

Qualifications
Experience7–10 years of experience in brand design, creative development, or related fields.Experience in beverages, FMCG, or global brand systems is a strong plus.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Design or related discipline (Master’s a plus).

Strong 360° brand thinking (packaging, campaigns, toolkits, motion, digital)
Experience working within global brand systems
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with experience working across regions
High level of taste and design intuition
Financial awareness and budget discipline
