Our client is a globally recognised law and professional services firm, providing top-tier legal, corporate, and fiduciary services to an impressive roster of international corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants, and investment fund managers. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate to join their esteemed Asset and Aviation Finance Group based in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters for high-profile clients both locally and internationally. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, experienced team of leading lawyers, working on innovative and complex multi-jurisdictional asset and aviation finance transactions.
What you'll do:
1. Advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers, and private equity groups on asset and aviation finance transactions.
2. Working closely with partners and associates on multi-jurisdictional finance and leasing transactions.
3. Managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
4. Demonstrating excellent analytical, technical, and drafting skills.
5. Maintaining a high level of commercial and business awareness.
6. Working independently as well as part of a team.
What you bring:
* Be a Solicitor admitted in Ireland, England, or Wales.
* Strong academic credentials.
