Qualifications
 * 5-7 years of experience in data and project or program management
 * A minimum of 4 years project leadership experience using proven methodologies for data projects
 * A minimum of 3 years of experience managing large programs or project portfolios
 * In depth knowledge and extensive practical experience with project management methodologies including PMBOK and Agile methodologies.
 * Working knowledge of PowerBI/Tableau or Data processes.
 * Azure / Databricks nice to have.
 * Experience representing PMO or IS Department management in meetings with executive-level project or program stakeholders
 * Demonstrated ability to guide individual and group stakeholder discussions and requirements gathering interviews
 * Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and requirements to business users and supporting IT groups
 * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with some level of ambiguity to implement customer and project requirements with minimal supervision
 * Driven by analytics and naturally curious to ask "why" and "what if"
 * Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders, team members, and in documentation
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience
Responsibilities
 * Knowledge of IT Business metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks related IT finance, IT Service Management, and IT Project Portfolio Management
 * Ability to create a roadmap of project and non-project work in support of strategic outcomes including the planning, resourcing and budgeting to execute on that roadmap
 * Ability to perform as an agile Scrum Master or Product Owner
 * Ability to define success criteria for the Program of projects including KPIs and metrics related to the business outcomes required from the program
 * Knowledge of data visualization techniques and ability to oversee creation of digital dashboards in tools like Tableau
 * Expert knowledge and proven experience in establishing and managing large programs and/or a portfolio of projects.
 * Proven ability to design, execute and oversee complex change management plans and programs to prepare the organization for the changes a program will introduce
 * Proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all levels of the organization
 * Ability to lead governance teams through complex reviews, helping them to drive through critical decision points
 * Strong human relations skills with ability to direct and motivate the work of others
 * Strong financial management and budgeting experience
 * Strong vendor management expertise and ability to negotiate with internal and external service providers
 * Solid understanding of IS staffing and resource management models
 * Expert facilitator including executive team facilitation
 * Strong ability to explain, present, and discuss difficult information and gain group agreement at all levels in an organization
 * Proven ability to lead teams of senior managers to define complex problems and develop effective solutions
 * Expert knowledge and proven experience in project/program management methodologies and techniques
 * Proven ability to mature and continually improve project methodology, approach, tools, and outcomes
 * Proven ability to mentor and grow successful project leaders
Preferred experience includes:
 * Background in computer science or related technical field
 * Knowledge of programming or scripting language like SQL, R, or Python
