Sales Manager – Arrabawn Tipperary
Location: Limerick / Nenagh
Job purpose: Drive Revenue Growth and Expand Market Share.
Reporting to: Agri General Manager
Industry: Agri Division
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
* Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed performance goals.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
* Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Manage sales budgets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
* Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales efforts.
* Monitor sales performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications and experience
* Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or Business.
* Proven experience in a field sales management role is desirable.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in analysing data and identifying trends.
