We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team in a Michelin-starred restaurant. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality pastry dishes to the required standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, with knowledge of HACCP training and principles. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include running and supervising the pastry station, helping prepare and produce all dishes to a consistently high standard, and ensuring all preparation is complete and ready for each service.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising and training junior chefs and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
