Job Summary:

We are seeking a young talent to join our team as a Coach and Manager of GCS Managers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and possess excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

* Team Management:

o Coach and manage a team of GCS Managers who oversee people leaders and front-line employees.
* Administrative Support:

o Assist in customer service and administrative tasks.
o Manage and organize files and documents.
o Provide support with projects and day-to-day activities.
o Perform support tasks across various company sectors.
* Ongoing Development:
