Job Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated quantity surveyor to join our team at Ireland's leading construction manufacturer.
* Assist in managing project costs and preparing detailed financial reports.
* Support the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages.
* Prepare monthly progress accounts, valuations, and supporting documentation.
* Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, and cashflow forecasting.
* Work collaboratively with project teams to identify risks and maintain accurate commercial records.
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Experience gained with a Tier 1 contractor or subcontractor advantageous.
* Strong IT proficiency MS Office essential estimating/measurement software beneficial.
* Excellent numerical analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
