Whether you're early in your career or seeking a fresh start, this role offershands-on experience,top-class training, and a clear path forgrowth and long-term developmentwithin a professional environment.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Directors, Senior Managers, and ManagersManage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logisticsHandle confidential information with care and professionalismBook and prepare meeting rooms for staff and external visitorsOrganise travel, accommodation, and prepare detailed itinerariesSupport time entry and team timesheet managementBuild strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersHelp with a variety of admin tasks including expenses, purchase orders, scanning, and filingProvide dedicated support to PartnersRaise service tickets, liaise with internal hubs, and follow up to ensure completionWhat We're Looking For Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus, but not essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsHigh level of attention to detail and professionalismAbility to work independently and solve problems as neededConfidentiality and discretion are essentialWhy This Role?
