Job Description Aramark are currently looking for a Customer Service Support Officer to provide high-quality frontline support within an AIB branch environment.
Job Responsibilities Provide a warm, friendly and professional greeting to customers upon entry to the branch Assist customers in-branch by guiding and directing them as required Support daily branch operations by ensuring the environment is tidy, organised and presentable at all times Prepare the branch for daily operational needs, maintaining high presentation standards throughout the day Assist AIB staff with operational support tasks, including toner replacement, carrying items and replenishing supplies Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard and are ready for use at all times Act as a key point of contact for on-site suppliers (e.g. Shred-It), accompanying them while on site as required Provide support with moves, changes and on-site event set-ups Proactively identify and reduce health and safety risks by monitoring for hazards (e.g. slips, trips and falls) and addressing issues promptly Alert management and AIB staff to any security or safety concerns Deliver flexible service support to AIB, consistently presenting the branch to the highest standards Support other on-site staff as required, including assistance with large Oasis collections Carry out general day-to-day cleanliness duties, including ensuring ATMs are clean and wet floors are dried promptly Monitor customer queues to ensure emergency egress routes remain clear and unobstructed Assist with the safe evacuation of customers and staff during fire drills or emergency situations Undertake ad hoc duties as required to support smooth branch operations
