Job Overview
The Quality Control Senior Analyst will be responsible for the thorough testing and inspection of raw materials, intermediates, and active pharmaceutical ingredients in the laboratory.
The role involves providing technical support for analytical equipment and methodologies, executing trouble-shooting, and coaching colleagues within the laboratory.
The successful candidate will also plan and approve inventory to meet production timelines, stability requirements, and quality control metrics.
In addition, they will coordinate and lead laboratory investigations, identify and investigate out-of-trend results present in analytical data.
Responsibilities:
* Review and verify analytical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff on instrument operation and maintenance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to analytical results and laboratory operations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Analytical Science, Chemistry or related field is required.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in analytical chemistry is required.
* Desirable skills include Lean Labs, operational excellence, and yellow belt certification.
