Join a dynamic rooftop video shoot at Wilton Park, Grand Canal, Dublin, supporting a professional videographer in capturing both primary and behind-the-scenes content.
This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in video production, working early hours and assisting with a variety of on-set tasks.
The shoot will involve filming a subject to camera, supporting a drone operator, and documenting the production process through video and still photography.
The assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shoot, contributing to both the technical and creative aspects of the day.
Responsibilities Assist with carrying, setting up, and moving lighting, stands, and other equipment on set Support the videographer and drone operator as needed throughout the shoot Use your own video camera to film behind-the-scenes footage of the production process Capture still photographs documenting the behind-the-scenes activity Remain flexible and responsive to any additional on-set needs as they arise Help maintain a safe and organized working environment, especially during early morning hours Skills And Requirements Basic experience with video cameras and photography equipment Ability to work early hours (starting around 5am) and remain on set until mid-afternoon Physically able to lift and move equipment as required Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment Must provide your own video camera for behind-the-scenes filming Previous experience assisting on video shoots is a plus but not required Based in or able to travel to Dublin for the shoot date About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
