The we're looking for a Crisis Management Specialist (CMS) to oversee the governance and global implementation of our Crisis Management Team (CMT) program for one of our global clients.
This pivotal role ensures our clients business is prepared for, responsive to, and resilient in the face of crises.
You'll work closely with threat analysts, emergency response teams, and global stakeholders to deliver rapid, coordinated incident response and post-crisis recovery.
Job Description Responsibilities You'll play a vital part in delivering amazing customer service to our client, Responsibilities of the Crisis Management Specialist, that includes: Stakeholder Engagement Maintain regular communication with threat intelligence teams to stay informed on emerging risks.
Leverage intelligence reports to proactively prepare for and manage crisis events.
Liaise with emergency response teams to ensure alignment of crisis protocols and operational security processes.
Collaborate with external service providers to optimize performance and support crisis readiness.
Responding to Alerts Monitor and assess real-time alerts from threat analysts.
Initiate appropriate actions based on the nature and severity of incidents.
Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies, ensuring timely escalation and coordination.
Incident Management Team (IMT) Activation Initiate the IMT when a crisis is identified.
Ensure rapid notification and assembly of key stakeholders.
Maintain readiness protocols to enable swift IMT activation at any time.
Facilitating IMT Operations Lead and manage IMT operations during crisis events.
Ensure effective communication, decision-making, and resource deployment.
Provide logistical support to maintain efficiency throughout the response process.
Document Management Maintain accurate records of crisis incidents, including timelines, decisions, and actions taken.
Support the After-Action Review (AAR) process by gathering stakeholder feedback and compiling reports.
Contribute to internal communications related to travel advisories, incident updates, and security notices.
